  • Peck Memorial Library / Marathon, NY

    Architects for an Exterior Conditions Assessment Study for National Register-listed Queen Anne style library utilizing technical assistance funding provided by the Finger Lakes Library System (1991). Architects for update of original assessment inspection of wood roof structural system and design planning for library expansion, handicapped access, and rehabilitation of upper floor auditorium (1996). Master planning for expansion of facilities and new handicapped accessible entry steps and ramp (2008).

    Conditions Assessment Report, including recommendations for long range planning, window restoration, and life safety for the National Register-listed l903 library. Services were funded, in part, by the New York State Council on the Arts. (2005-2006)

    Architects and preservation consultants for conditions assessment, space needs assessment, and accessibility assessment with current and long-range plan recommendations. Funding provided by the Preservation League of New York's Rural New York Planning & Preservation Grant Program. (2001) Architects for additions and rehabilitation of the library including a new meeting room. (2004)

    Conditions Assessment Report, including recommendations for long-range planning and accessibility modifications, for a 1903 Classical Revival style Archimedes Russell-designed village library located in the Old Homer Village National Register Historic District. Services were funded, in part, by the New York State Council on the Arts. (2000-2001) Architects for exterior rehabilitation, accessibility improvements, and interior rehabilitation and modifications, including new mezzanine (2009).

    Architects and preservation consultants for exterior masonry restoration and historically compatible porch addition with accessible entrance ramp at National Register-listed c. 1883 Queen Anne-style library and museum.
