(1995) Architects for masonry restoration utilizing a NYS EPF grant. (2000-2011)

  • Willard Memorial Chapel & Welch Building / Auburn, NY

    Architects and Preservation Consultants for adaptive reuse feasibility assessment and EQBA-funded tenant area rehabilitation work at this National Register-listed property, the last surviving building of the historic Auburn Seminary complex, for the Community Preservation Committee, Auburn, NY. Subsequent services by Crawford & Stearns, utilizing multiple grants, have addressed exterior restoration of stonework, slate roofing, copper guttering, fire & life safety systems, and handicapped accessibility. (1989 - 1997) Consultant for stained glass restoration and protection. (2002-2004) Project was awarded a 1990 Private Sector Award from the Preservation League of New York State.
